We're No. 1

In ... uh ... this, apparently.

Between about 2:30 p.m. today and the time of this post, we've gotten 150 search hits on the subject.

The lesson: write one badly written phrase in a post about white phosphorous use in Iraq and become a magnet for weirdos.

if you had to live your post-famous life in the shadow of mary-kate and ashley, you too would turn to crystal meth.

Poor lady.

Is that even true? After receiving what are now several hundred search hits, I'm not seeing a word about it anywhere online.

Myself, I'd think living your post-famous life in the shadow of mary-kate and ashley would make her feel superior, but that's just me.

Here's an update (even if no one, including me, should care): a couple posts now show up on blogsearch indicating that the national enquirer et al. have reported that the former child star nearly wrecked her life, went into rehab, and is now clean, etc. Even if high as a kite, my guess is that she remained the most tolerable member of the Full House cast.

This is the last time I will ever write about this person or the subject. Enough.

Well, this Jodie Sweetin thing really escalated quickly, didn't it? It jumped up a notch.

And after about 400 hits to us it looks like they're finding their information elsewhere.

But this does make me feel vindicated in naming her one of the 10 Greatest Americans. She's highly popular, apparently.
