If that's the case, what would we call this? Sounds like a blame game to me. Doesn't the president know that questioning the government makes the baby Jesus cry?

in his speech half an hour ago, president dipshit informed hurricane survivors that they can access help by calling an 800 number or logging onto a website. you know, with all those working phones and computers to which they have access.
