Sunday Stylin' was pretty bad this week, too.
However, because both CrimeNotes and I spent our weekends attending nuptials-related events, neither of us engaged in the usual extensive critique. Your loss _ please accept our apologies. But as Stylin' sections go, this one was pretty bland. To sum it up: Nosy people have their uses, people can be ridiculous about beach access in Malibu, and a story that's so inane, I don't know how much has been fictionalized: Regardless, a guy realizes he likes his pretty ladyfriend's dog more than the pretty lady herself. And no, it's not a Rick Santorum scenario.

I don't think you're both allowed to leave on the same weekend anymore, because everything falls apart (even if you don't live in the same city I do). To wit, I was enjoying a delicious Peruvian chicken lunch Saturday afternoon that was marred...almost ruined...by decidedly subpar cole slaw. It's taken me a couple of days just to be able to talk about it...
Oh, that's terrible to hear. If it's any consolation, I was in town, just busy with nuptials-related activities (note: Not my own. I'm still avaliable, ladies ... just email!) We're doing our best to stamp out substandard slaw, but there's only so much a couple of idiots with internet connections can do.
